Avoid Liquidation and Still Be Debt FreeOur service helps consumers eliminate credit card debt and allows them to avoid the negative consequences of bankruptcy. Consumers who owe multiple debts and who cannot make their payments, may enroll in our service and eliminate debts at a reduced rate without liquidating their assets. MyUSADebt' debt relief program delivers quick results for our clients. Debtors with little to no income and many debts often file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection to clear their debts. Chapter 7 involves liquidation – the sale of a debtor’s assets and the distribution of the proceeds to creditors – and negatively affects one’s credit report for 10 years, but stays on the credit report indefinitely. The consequences of filing for Chapter 7 are extreme including possibly taking the debtor’s home, car and any other nonexempt assets. Our service yields debt reduction, but without asset liquidation. Our clients are not required to own a home, and our service will wipe out multiple credit card debts while allowing clients to keep all their personal possessions. When clients enroll in our service, they benefit from our debt consultants working with their creditors to reduce their credit card debt. Changes in the federal bankruptcy law in 2005 made it difficult for consumers to qualify for Chapter 7. The new rules required debtors to pass an income-based test in order to qualify under Chapter 7 of the US Bankruptcy Code. Consumers who do not pass the test have their case dismissed. The law prohibits consumers to file for Chapter 7 if their net monthly income is equal to or exceeds $166.67 or if they can pay 25 percent of unsecured debts over a five-year period. Instead of enduring the qualification process for bankruptcy, consumers may enroll in our service and enjoy debt relief without a credit check. Our service allows anyone wanting to eliminate unsecured debts to qualify and begin the debt-relief process. Consumers can pay off debts. Once consumers enroll in our service, they begin saving and setting aside money, and eliminating debt. Through talks between us and creditors for a reduced payoff, consumers can lower their total credit card debt. Paying less toward each credit card balance enables consumers to repay that debt faster. Our service allows consumers to manage their own money instead of putting their entire financial situation in the hands of the bankruptcy court. With our service, consumers determine the repayment terms of their program, repay debts according to their financial ability and control their own finances. About the Author
